Bonita RaisbeckFollowing 10 years’ military experience, I have broadened my personal and professional experience with roles within the heavy engineering, local council, further education and HSE sectors. I have also worked for some years ensuring clients’ compliance to Network Rail standards.


Throughout my varied career I have been involved at all tiers with Safety, Health Environment & Quality(SHEQ) compliance – from shop floor delivery through to strategic decision making at director level.

I have managed operational, training and SHE needs across several sectors and I am a Chartered Member of IOSH with an Environmental Management biased BSc. I am happy to engage with personnel at all levels and I fully endorse pragmatic solutions to SHEQ compliance.

My aim at BN SHE is to provide you with realistic, workable solutions to your SHEQ issues.

Neil RaisbeckAfter a full military career, I have broadened personal and professional experience with roles within the security, construction, social housing and SHEQ sectors.


I have been closely involved with training and instruction for over 25 years – from one-on-one mentoring, to the design, support, implementation and instruction of full time career courses.

My experience and qualification has allowed me to provide consultancy to businesses of varying size and sector. I always aim to tailor service to the clients’ needs and fully believe that whatever we supply should be of benefit to the client. As a CQI & IRCA Certified Lead Auditor, this is especially true when assisting a client with their management systems and preparing for ISO or other accreditation.

As an IIAI qualified lead investigator, I’m prepared and experienced in delivering  decisive and meaningful conclusions to mitigate reoccurrence and improve performance.

I have enjoyed a varied career which began with ten years’ experience in hospitality management. After developing my professional skills and experience, I have enjoyed a range of communications and public relation roles across a number of different sectors.

I have ten years’ experience advising senior leaders in managing their communications within the construction, highways and health sectors.

Managing and delivering small scale PR campaigns to raise brand awareness and company profile to large scale, complex multi-channel communication campaigns involving stakeholder mapping and relationship building, communication strategy and PR and social media strategy.

An engaging writer with a talent for identifying stories that will interest the media and your target audience. Experienced in dealing with the media in an emergency or crisis situation protecting brand reputation, trust and integrity.
